White Dove Yoga

White Dove Yoga Studio is located  in Lago Vista, Texas.   Our goal is to provide challenging, yet therapeutic and nourishing classes, where each student can grow at her/his own pace. 

When you step into our studio, know that you can stop, take a deep breath, and just be present.  You can let go of all your to-do lists and obligations for the time you are here.  Soak up the peacefulness of your surroundings and enjoy the rejuvenating energy of a shared yoga practice.  What a difference it can make to the rest of your day, your week, your life!
